LAWRENCE MORISON

Leaving school with no qualifications, Lawrence Morison joined the Royal Navy where he served for 20 years, reaching the rank of Master at Arms.

Global travel and the Navy's tough and disciplined environment, allowed Lawrence to develop a unique skillset and mindset, the catalyst in carving out a subsequent successful business career in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South East Asia and Australia.

Holding a number of key positions at a senior level, in global, blue chip organisations, Lawrence devloped his buiness accument during his time as Business Development Director at Kelvin International and Vice President of Steelcase.

Combining his business experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Lawrence went onto co-found the hospitality company Azure and laterally several coffee companies.

Keen to use his business knowledge and real life experience to help others, Lawrence has now turned his attention to community projects, with a particular focus on supporting young people. Fnding a kindred spirit in Ross, their combined knowledge and experience brings a unique experience to others via Maddison Green.

ROSS COONEY

Ross has been a musician for 30 years and began his creative career as a drummer.

A band leader and arranger, by age 23 he had sold out the world-famous Ronnie Scott’s jazz club 2 years in a row.

He has performed for an array of celebrities and dignitaries including Prince Charles, Nelson Mandela, Jools Holland and Latoya Jackson and shared stages with numerous musicians including The Average White Band, Paul Carrack, Evelyn Glennie, Andy Sheppard and Kym Mazelle from Soul ll Soul

In 2016 he co-wrote the title track to the Jack Eye Jones Album "Summer Nights" which reached No.15 in the BBC Dance Album Charts and no.3 in the iTunes Dance album Charts. His music has featured on the Radio One Rap show, Jazz FM, and television.

Ross has also worked as a consultant for major events, concerts, music festivals, film and TV.
